Michael J. Cleveland, MPH, is the Chief Operating Officer at Care Alliance Health Center, where he oversees clinical operations, patient access, quality, facilities, and risk management across multiple sites. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration and public health, he has led strategic initiatives to improve care delivery for underserved populations, including a city-wide COVID-19 vaccination campaign that reached over 60,000 individuals and the launch of a Community Health Worker program that engaged more than 2,000 patients. Michael J. holds a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tougaloo College. He is the 25th President of the UNCF National Alumni Council and an active leader and Life Member in the Tougaloo College National Alumni Association, committed to advancing equity, education, and community-centered healthcare systems.
