Clinical Social Work
Amber Dumas, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University. She has provided integrated behavioral health services in Federally Qualified Health Centers serving underserved communities for more than 16 years and is dedicated to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of individuals and families.
Amber works with patients across the lifespan, from children to adults, providing support for depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and adjustment-related concerns. She believes in creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
Through an integrated approach to behavioral health, Amber collaborates with patients and healthcare providers to address the connection between physical and mental health. She is committed to reducing barriers to care and helping patients build the skills and resilience needed to achieve their personal wellness goals.
