Care Alliance Health Center’s leadership consists of a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of key leaders in the areas of medicine, law, finance and business to lend comprehensive perspective and expertise to the strategic management of the organization. Care Alliance is also committed to engaging consumers in the leadership of the organization, and maintains consumer representation on our full Board as well as a Consumer Advisory Board.

Under the strategic guidance of the Board, our Chief Executive Officer leads an experienced and dedicated executive team to manage day-to-day operations, plan for the future and lead our staff in pursuit of our mission.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n), and a deemed FTCA facility.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain Health or Health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and it’s covered individuals.
